V2 Release

Just uploaded the V2 of Mind Deck, and added some new customization features and a text editor to the tool, but most importantly a tutorial and "how-to" section as feedback suggested the tool was not intuitive.  Moving forward older versions of the software will be made free and only the latest version will have a $2 donation requirement, all funds will support future development of this project.

Changes:

• Added text editor with some word processor features
  
• Added "How-to" section to the toolbar to assist users
  
• Organized UI for a more intuitive design
• Added tutorial section to show users how to attach cards to the map
